"Keeps up with everything in our house"
We’ve got a bunch of phones, laptops, TVs, cameras, smart plugs, and the kids gaming on it all the time, and the eero has handled it way better than our old router ever did. Speeds have stayed steady throughout the house, which has been a nice change.
Setup was super easy too. I barely open the app now, but that’s kind of the whole point for me. No random dropouts so far, and I’m really happy with it.

"Easy to place right where I needed them"
I really liked that I wasn’t stuck putting the Eero in that one awkward spot by the modem. I set one up in the hallway and another closer to the back room, then just shifted them around a bit until everything seemed to settle in.

Compared to my old router situation, this was a lot less frustrating. The house feels better covered now, and I’m not thinking about the Wi-Fi every time I walk into another room.

"Seems like the internet is actually staying on now"
I wasn’t totally convinced this would fix anything, but so far the connection hasn’t dropped like it used to. Kind of surprised, but I’ll take it

"My smart home setup was literally so annoying"
I was trying to get everything set up with Alexa, but it kept dropping devices for no obvious reason. It was literally so frustrating, especially when I thought I had finally gotten everything working.

"Support got my wifi working again"
My wifi was doing these random dropouts and it was getting annoying. I talked to support and they walked me through some stuff, kind of step by step, and now it seems to be working. It did take a little while, but they stuck with me and got it sorted.

"Easy setup and got running fast!!"
Setting up my eero was way easier than I expected!! I’m not super techy at all, but the app pretty much walked me through everything, and I had the wifi up and running in around 15 minutes.

I really liked that I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing router settings. It was mostly just scanning, plugging things in, and waiting a bit, which was a relief.

The only small hiccup was that one of the units took a little while to show up, so I had to restart it once. After that, everything has been working fine, so overall I’m happy with it

"Too plain for my setup"
It works fine. No real issues there. But the little white boxes just look kind of cheap on my shelf. Too plain. Very plastic-looking. I wish they came in darker colors or had a nicer finish.

"Easy Warranty Replacement"
My Eero started acting up, so I had to send it back. I reached out to support and they checked the warranty, walked me through the return steps, and the replacement showed up quickly. it was way smoother than I expected. If you run into an issue, I’d definitely recommend contacting them instead of stressing over it.

"Pretty sure my old router was the problem"
I got the Eero because the Wi-Fi in my house was constantly lagging, especially when I was on my PS5. Since setting it up, gaming has been way more stable and Netflix actually works upstairs without buffering every few minutes. Setup was simple too, which I appreciated. I’ve had it for a few weeks now with no random dropouts, so I’m starting to think my old router was quietly causing all the headaches this whole time.

"I was expecting the signal to get..."
I was expecting the signal to get a little sketchy in my back room, since it has to go through two walls. But reading between the lines, this thing is clearly doing its job, I haven’t had any drops so far, and the connection has been steady.

"Outage was way less stressful than I remember expecting"
I remember noticing my home internet had gone out and immediately thinking it was going to turn into one of those frustrating troubleshooting nights. But with Eero, it was actually straightforward. The app showed me what was happening clearly enough that I wasn’t sitting there guessing or unplugging random things for no reason.
Support got back to me quickly too, and they weren’t a pain to deal with, which stood out to me. Looking back, once the service came back on, everything connected again like it should. it was a simple, no-drama experience, and I’d give it 5 stars.

"No more dead spots upstairs"
From what I remember, the Wi-Fi upstairs used to drop out all the time, especially in the bedrooms. After setting this up, it actually works everywhere now. Such a relief to not have to move around just to get a decent signal.

"I’ve had my eero setup for around 3..."
I’ve had my eero setup for around 3 years now, it’s still working like it’s supposed to. No random drop-offs, no units dying on me, nothing sketchy like I’ve had with some other networking gear that clearly wasn’t built to last. I’ve even moved it around the house a few times, and it’s stayed solid the whole time.

"Not sure how to explain it..."
Not sure how to explain it, but my older smart plugs keep dropping off the eero network. It’s been frustrating since about half my stuff just won’t stay connected.

"I’ve been loyal to my..."
I’ve been loyal to my old router brand for years, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying Eero. But I got it working with my current internet provider without too much hassle. I did have to restart the modem once, and after that it connected fine. My speeds are about the same as before, but the WiFi feels a lot steadier throughout the house. I’m taking one star off because the setup could do a better job explaining the ISP/modem part, especially for people switching from a setup they already trust.

"I’ve been using eero for a bit..."
I’ve been using eero for a bit now, or at least I think it’s been a few weeks... time kind of blurred after I set it up. The setup itself was easy, and overall it feels secure. I like that there are privacy controls, and I haven’t noticed anything strange going on with my data. That said, I do wish they explained what exactly gets collected in more normal, plain language. Maybe I missed it the first day, or maybe I read it later, I’m not sure. It’s not perfect, but compared to most router apps I’ve tried, it’s definitely better

"The update itself went fast, like these firmware..."
The update itself went fast, like these firmware updates usually do, but the reboot took a while. That always seems to be the part that makes you sit there wondering if it’s stuck. In the end, everything worked fine.

"Account stuff is easy"
Managing my eero account has been straightforward... I can update my details and check things without it turning into a whole hassle. It did take me a minute to find one setting, but overall it works fine.

"Security feels a bit too paywalled"
Setup was easy, but the security side was kind of a letdown. The basic stuff is there, but features I assumed would be included, actually, not even fancy features, just better threat blocking and clearer controls, seem to be locked behind a paid plan. The app also doesn’t explain things very well, so I’m often not totally sure what’s actually being protected. The WiFi itself works fine, but for network security I expected a little more without having to add another subscription.

"Video calls keep getting choppy"
I picked up eero thinking it would finally make my home Wi-Fi more reliable, especially since I’m on video calls a lot for work. I don’t know why, but it just hasn’t been as steady as I expected.
Some days everything is totally fine, and then out of nowhere Zoom or Teams starts freezing, or the audio cuts in and out. My laptop still shows a full signal, so I’m sitting there confused because it looks like the connection should be solid.
The setup was simple and the app is decent enough, so I’ll give it that. But when it comes to work calls, I really need something I don’t have to think about, and right now I’m disappointed.
